\n1. Purpose<\/strong>
\nThese General Terms of Use (GTU) aim to define the terms and conditions under which Faste Service provides users with a platform connecting them with professional VTC chauffeurs.\n<\/p>\n\n

\n2. Acceptance of the GTU<\/strong>
\nBy accessing the website fasteservice.fr and using its services, both users and chauffeurs acknowledge that they have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these GTU.
\nAny person who does not accept these conditions must refrain from using the platform\u2019s services.\n<\/p>\n\n

\n3. Registration and access to the service<\/strong>
\nFor users:<\/strong>
\nBooking a VTC service may require the creation of an account or the submission of personal information. Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. They are responsible for the use of their account and for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.\n<\/p>\n\n

\nFor chauffeurs:<\/strong>
\nRegistration requires the submission of supporting documents in compliance with applicable regulations (driver\u2019s license, VTC card, insurance, etc.). Faste Service reserves the right to refuse or suspend access to any chauffeur who does not meet the legal or professional requirements.\n<\/p>\n\n

\n4. Services provided<\/strong>
\nFaste Service acts solely as an intermediary, connecting private individuals or professionals with independent VTC chauffeurs.
\nThe transportation services are carried out directly by the chauffeurs, under their sole responsibility.\n<\/p>\n\n

\n5. Pricing and payment<\/strong>
\nFor users:<\/strong>
\nPrices are set in advance or agreed upon between the client and the chauffeur. Payment is made directly between these two parties, unless otherwise stated on the platform.\n<\/p>\n\n

\nFor chauffeurs:<\/strong>
\nA commission may be charged by Faste Service for each successful connection resulting in a completed ride, including subcontracted services. The amount or percentage is specified at the time of registration or in the contractual documents provided.\n<\/p>\n\n

\n6. Obligations of the parties<\/strong>
\nUsers:<\/strong>
\nProvide accurate information when booking.
\nRespect the schedules and conditions agreed upon with the chauffeur.\n<\/p>\n\n

\nChauffeurs:<\/strong>
\nComply with the applicable VTC regulations (documents, insurance, conduct).
\nProvide a professional, safe, and punctual service.\n<\/p>\n\n

\n7. Limitation of liability<\/strong>
\nFaste Service declines all liability in the event of:
\nDelays, cancellations, disputes, losses, or damages related to the execution of transportation services.
\nDisagreements or conflicts between users and chauffeurs.
\nThe platform is not involved in financial transactions or the physical execution of rides.\n<\/p>\n\n

\n8. Intellectual property<\/strong>
\nAll content on fasteservice.fr (texts, images, logos, design, structure) is protected under French intellectual property laws.
\nAny unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.\n<\/p>\n\n

\nCollected data is processed in accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR and French Data Protection Act).
